Academic Secretary - Functions and Responsibilities
- Leads the preparation of proposals for long-term and annual research planning
- Monitors the implementation of research plans and prepares consolidated reports
- Coordinates the development of plans and procedures to improve the Institute’s performance in research, labor organization, and management
- Prepares plans for Scientific Council activities and controls their implementation
- Develops publication plans and monitors their implementation
- Coordinates the organization of conferences, workshops, seminars, and discussions
- Administers the activities of the MPI library, museum, archive, press, and international relations
- Develops the personnel rating criteria and manages the qualification process
- Prepares proposals for continuing education courses and exchange programs
