Call for abstracts

Accepted abstracts will be included in the abstract book published before the conference.

 

Extended Abstract Format

 

1.For publication in the printed volume, extended abstracts should be submitted electronically in WinWord format.

4.The text should be thoroughly edited.

6.Figures should be drawn in CorelDraw or in jpeg format. Resolution should be no less than 300 dpi. Photographs and figures must be also sent as separate files.

7.For tables, use Portrait orientation and no more than 10 and no less than 8 point type. A table, including headings and any explanations or notes, should not exceed one page.

8.Captions should not be incorporated into figures. They are typed separately.

9.References cited in the text are listed at the end of the text. In the text, simply use the reference number in square brackets, as in [1].

Extended abstracts must be submitted in rtf, WORD-97 or later, using Normal style. Arial, 14 point is used for the title and the text. Line spacing 1.5 lines for the text and single for the title, author and affiliation. Margins are 3.0 cm top, bottom and left and 1.5 cm right. The first line indent is 1.25 cm. Text is flush left. Manual hyphenation, AutoFormat and tabs should not be used.

The title of the extended abstract should not exceed two lines and should be in bold capital letters. Author names are typed on a new line in bold letters. Affiliation is given under the authors’ name in bold letters. In case of more than one author, authors’ names are asterisked and the affiliation for each author is given. Alignment is centered.

The length limit for the extended abstract, including figures, photographs and references, is 2 pages (A4).
